Shipping Policy
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your piece on its journey.
Shipping Options
We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Standard shipping is complimentary on orders over $300, $8 on orders of $100–$299.99, and $12 on orders under $100, with an estimated delivery of 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available for a flat $25 with an estimated delivery of 1–3 business days. The final shipping fee and delivery window are confirmed at checkout.
Delays & Carrier Responsibility
Shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Rue Trousseau is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Rue Trousseau cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
