The Story
Ditsy floral from a European brand with architectural features. High-necked and flounced, but modern with a bit of edge with the right separates. Smocking runs the full length of the bodice, the high neck frames the face, bishop sleeves taper to ruffled cuffs, and the peplum hem gives the impression of a more snatched waist.
